Terms of Service
Last updated: March 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Charity June's websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
"Charity June," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operating entity responsible for the Services. Contact details for legal notices appear at the end of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and payments
If we offer paid plans, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew until cancelled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Trading, charity, and risk disclosures
June may describe AI-assisted or automated investing and charitable use of profits. Nothing on the Services is personalized investment advice. Markets involve risk, including loss of capital. Past or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results. Charitable allocations depend on product design, partner organizations, and applicable rules; we do not guarantee specific tax treatment—consult a qualified professional.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Services (for example: illegal activity, security breaches, scraping that harms performance, impersonation, or distributing malware). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, branding, and content, except where you provide your own content. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, where allowed by law.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use the contact method published on the Services or write to the legal contact we provide for your region once listed on the site.
